For a hospital delivery, choose a manageable design after checking the ward's rules. A bouquet for a patient in Saint James could be addressed to St. James Medical Complex. For a patient, use the registered name and current ward or room.
Saint James Hotel Surprises
For a business guest, use the hotel booking details and add the company or event name only when it helps reception identify the recipient. Guests staying at Culture Crossroads Inn can receive flowers when the booking and property details are complete.
Formal Tributes and Private Sympathy Bouquets
Start by deciding whether the flowers belong at a ceremony or at the family's private address.
Cemetery flowers need the exact location connected with the service. Service instructions may direct a tribute to Western Cemetery. Confirm the service date and retain a family or funeral contact.
For formal funeral or memorial flowers, use only the destination confirmed by the family or organiser. The confirmed destination could be a crematorium, funeral facility or place where the ceremony will take place. Arrangements for a cremation may direct the flowers to Port of Spain Crematorium. When a family has chosen a church ceremony in Saint James, its directions may name St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church or Grace Chapel (Chinese Christian Fellowship). Do not direct flowers to a place of worship unless the family has identified it as the ceremony venue.
A personal condolence bouquet may be more appropriate at the family's confirmed home address. Allow extra time when the order also relates to a scheduled ceremony.
